About us

From the first pastrami bistro in Prague (La Bibiche) to the restaurant at the Motol Golf Club, our journey led us to the reopening of Waldštejnská hospoda on Valdštejnské náměstí, a restaurant with a long tradition and history. In eight years of our existence, we have managed to create a great team of chefs and waiters who now offer modern Czech cuisine in the newly opened Waldštejnská hospoda, with reference to the tradition of the First Republic.
